If you're experiencing congestion, a runny nose, facial pain and pressure, and a reduction or loss of smell, local doctors need your help testing the effectiveness of an investigational medicine.

If you have been experiencing congestion, runny nose, facial pain and pressure, and a loss of smell, you may be experiencing chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). This is an inflammation of the nasal cavity and sinuses, which can be accompanied by soft, painless, noncancerous growths on the lining of your nasal passages called polyps. Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) accounts for more than 20 percent of all CRS cases and treatment options are limited.

The ECLIPSE study is testing the effectiveness of an investigation medication to reduce the symptoms and discomfort caused by chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).

To qualify you must be between 18 and 70 years of age and experiencing at least two of the following symptoms:

  • nasal blockage
  • congestion
  • nasal drip
  • facial pain and/or pressure
  • reduction or loss of smell.

Qualified participants will be seen by a doctor and receive all study-related exams, care and medications at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may be available.
