The Study

Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is an inflammation of the nasal cavity and sinuses, which can be accompanied by soft, painless, noncancerous growths on the lining of your nasal passages called polyps. Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) accounts for more than 20 percent of all CRS cases, and treatment options are limited.

This study is testing the effectiveness of an investigational medication to reduce the symptoms and discomfort caused by chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with nasal polyps.

To qualify you must be between 18 and 70 years of age and experiencing at least two of the following symptoms:

  • nasal blockage
  • congestion
  • nasal drip
  • facial pain and/or pressure
  • reduction or loss of smell
