Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is an inflammation of the nasal cavity and sinuses, which can be accompanied by soft, painless, noncancerous growths on the lining of your nasal passages called polyps. Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) accounts for more than 20 percent of all CRS cases, and treatment options are limited.
